Sefind S.r.l. began its activity in 1982. Since that date it solves the airport technical problems with innovative, rapid, valid and economic solutions that derive from a long experience and the typical efficiency of an Italian medium-sized company.

Adapting the reliability of systems to growing airport requirements is one of the targets of Sefind S.r.l. which for that reason designs and manufactures innovative electromechanical devices, whose validity is confirmed by their subsequent adoption by many Airports.

Sefind S.r.l. is focused in the installation and maintenance of passenger boarding bridges and auxiliary equipements; designs and manufactures electromechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems; develops monitoring and control devices.

The Management asks for a constant work by everyone to achieve:
– high level of satisfaction of the needs and expectations of the Customers, first of all ensuring that the contractual terms are satisfied based on the current legislation, regulations, operating agreements and service requirements;
– high level of professionalism and competence of the staff, promoting their involvement, training and seeking to share objectives;
– maximum collaboration with suppliers, in the belief that relationships of mutual benefit can improve the ability to create value for customers;
– continuous improvement of the management and operational processes, both directed towards the Customer and inward
constant cost control.

The Management, in order to make the general guidelines of the company policy expressed here, each year issues the “Business Objectives Plan” which explains the operational actions, the expected results, the responsibilities and the resources assigned.

The Management also deeply believing in these principles undertakes to promote the Policies for Quality and Service Management assisted by the Management Representative.

Finally, the General Management undertakes to disseminate this Policy to all internal and external resources, to Customers and Suppliers, and to evaluate it periodically during the Management Review to verify its adequacy and eventually revise it.
